Arrive Early
Between 9–9:30 AM. Attendee doors open at 10:00 AM. Set up before the crowds arrive so you're ready to connect from minute one.

A few logistics to keep the day smooth for you, your team, and your fellow exhibitors.
Two expo slots
Morning session 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and Evening session 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Plan your team coverage for both windows.
Arrive on time
Setup 9:00–9:30 AM. Doors open 10:00 AM sharp. Please stay through the close of each slot — no early pack-up.
Carry-in only — no trolleys
There is no loading dock. Use the passenger elevators (accessible from the main floor and the parking basement). No trolleys, carts, or wheeled carriages permitted — anything you bring must be hand-carried.
Power & Wi-Fi
Outlets at the booth are limited. Bring a power bar and an extension cord if your demo needs continuous power. Wi-Fi will be provided.
Dress & prayer breaks
Dress smart / business-casual — represent your brand. Please arrange booth coverage during Dhuhr and Asr so your booth is never unattended.
